One-on-one coaching is for those who have decided it’s time to act. We meet weekly to set overarching goals and break down the barriers which block success. One-on-one coaching is highly personalized, so each client defines where they want to be, and together we discover the path to get there. For nonprofit leaders, this can include training and consulting as needed.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is an effective way for multiple people to address a challenge or make great things happen together. Barbara works with all the members of your group at the same time to offer guidance that allows each person to grow individually and your group to succeed collectively.

Positive Intelligence/Mental Fitness Training

We’re all familiar with the merits of exercise to strengthen the body, but few make it a practice to get strengthen the mind. Mental fitness training, based on the concepts of Positive Intelligence, is a comprehensive program based on the latest neuroscience research. The training is complemented with weekly discussions and coaching.

By enhancing your mental fitness, you will find yourself more productive, resilient, optimistic, and in a better position to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.

This app-based program is seven weeks of virtual training plus my coaching. It includes a weekly focus, daily practice, measurable progress, weekly group coaching and additional support. The program is based on the work of the NYTimes Bestseller, Positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine.
